i have to agree that this is the closest there is to Norco’s little chop according to my local butcher….i think they even do a “little chop” variety.
the difference between little chop and your standard piccalilli is that all the veg and peppers and that have been chopped up really fine so its a lot more “spreadable” and less lumpy. my mouth is watering typing...
